so you are saying NYTimes has more military intelligence than Pentagon and its eyes in the skies? all information points to a huge success setting it back by years if not indefinitely.

don't think this guy likes USA
This question is way too broad. What is your purpose? What specifically are you scraping, (ie images, text, audio, video)? Please expand
can we stop saying/writing "formerly known as twitter" - please?! Also, Starlink is overcoming this without an issue.
Great write up and description of the experience, even if it's closed. I enjoyed the details for each day, the actors, theatrics, detailed missions, etc. But still, the experience itself is way too expensive
They are not doing their reputation any favors and their legal team needs to rethink this strategy. The arbitration clause in the subscription agreement is not meant to cover these types of tort actions. Hope they reverse this course asap
You have to love the US justice system. Punk ass rapists get off on 500 bail, declared innocent folks wrongfully convicted get to die in prison.

I'm researching best practices for testing data in LLMs, especially for highly regulated industries like life sciences, financials, etc. If anyone has suggestions for recent articles or white papers on the techniques deployed in the recent months, would be appreciated.
LOL - sure, that will show them your love.
Not so much innovative as history repeating itself (slightly) with a lot of $$ going to AI tech startups that are not always proprietary systems. Bubble looming IMO

do you have a beta site to show?
Reddit chef group is a good start
TikTok is not news. No, it's not why the government wants it banned. Read up on how it works, what info it collects, what it processes, and sends back to mother China.
No guarantee but you can add legal language in the license text specific to your code associated with the license that restricts use of the OSS for training models, using code in running models, etc.
To say this was deliberate is very irresponsible. Sadly, civilians, volunteers, and aid workers find themselves in the crossfire of conflicts, including thousands of civilians killed by US forces in Iraq, Afghanistan, or in the Ukraine invasion by Russia. These outcomes are part of the atrocities and horrors of war. But to say IDF did this deliberately is appalling.
I think it's a recruiters network and for others, it's 60% job search, 15% network, 15% social, and 10% learning
explain - what is the issue?
Arguing against this is like arguing having certain "tools" in your trunk are not burglary tools when precedent has established them to be depending your circumstance, place of inquiry, time, etc. Stupid article
paint.net - free for windows
Great question and yes, as an attorney in IP, we're all waiting for the court's interpretation of challenges and precedent. Unfortunately, many of the decision-makers are ill-equipped to make the call as they have a difficult time understanding the fundamentals of the new emerging technology. They are very quick at regulating something they don't understand, but slow and often off mark when it comes to setting precedents in favor of businesses and creators.
From personal family experience, this is next to impossible if you did not add a recovery email to your account profile. Once your access is blocked it's extremely difficult to get any support from Google for various reasons, including security.
Did you have a passkey security setup? Backup email? 2FA at least? Sorry you are going through this. Hopefully your account is not tied to many other profiles.
Yes. Texas the State is executing its statehood right to secure its borders which contradicts the Federal policy. Federal Administration through the SC has issued a reversal of Texas' securitization of its border by issuing National Guard order to remove barbwire. Texas in turn has reversed course and continue to put up barbwire fencing to protect its property and citizens from unauthorized access. Federal Administration now seeking to revoke rights of Texas to use its designated National Guard.
How is Vox still relative?
I don't believe an attached pin camera with app control is going to "change" the internet. But I do see a whole more privacy issues popping up as this is rolled out. Whether it takes hold is yet to be seen but also makes me shudder as I think of the movie The Circle with Tom Hanks and the similarities I draw from it. TBD on what happens in the next year+
One step closer to T2 liquid metal killing machines. Love it
This made me happy. At least it's honest!
Wow - delusional to say the least
