So whose equity is not worthless? I guess there's no point in having ycombinator around anymore then since all equity is worthless.

Cofounders get much higher expectations so they get more equity. Basically the same thing, just less equity.

I'm trying to launch a startup and hire some employees for equity only but not sure what good resources are out there to find people who are willing to work for equity/experience.Are there a lot of people out there who would be interested in equity only jobs? I'm not really looking for a cofounder, moreso a junior engineer who would be able to contribute on a part-time basis and receive...
