Networking, storage companies is a good option and if you get into core stack, work is very challenging. You can also try contacting recruiters on LinkedIn to see if they are willing to sponsor visa.

why does someone need html email anyway? say it in plain text and if that's not possible just stick in a url. And you get to actually track it easily too.
