Suggestions on practical way to learn algorithms

As a self taught engineer who works in the industry as an SRE/Devops/Infra engineer, haven’t taken a course in Algo/DS. I’m planning to build the foundations by developing intuition to problem solving and understanding the building blocks before I go deep into ML/AI stuff later. The focus is not really interview problem like leetcode but more to develop foundational understanding/intuition for...

Cheap and DIY solution for log analysis

I’ve ~5TB size of logs. I’m open to ideas on doing a log analysis using any of the AI models available to play around for learning purposes. I’m on a budget for this but have time to work on something DIY. Kindly suggest any ideas for anomaly detection or similar to play around with these logs. Thanks.

What would be the right path to learn AI?

I haven’t been keeping up with AI stuff except for trying out chat clients like ChatGPT and others. I’m a software engineer working in infra systems. I would like to pick up now that things in AI have gotten real. What would be the right path to learn AI/ML stuff? I’m someone who prefers ground up learning from fundamentals and building something using that knowledge. Any recommendations would...

Not sure about the larger impacts of V3. But, we have gone with V3 since the beginning, and now there is a better turn around time for reviews, typically in an hour and sometimes 24hrs max. Its been a much smoother process rather than having to wait for couple of days or even weeks sometimes earlier. I've heard it being much worse on V2.

Asking the wider audience here, I have uBlock origin installed on my Chrome browser, while I surf mostly on the incognito mode. I know this is no where close to an optimum setup, hence asking. What setup do you folks use to prevent the best you could from being tracked?

I've come across this repo which use TLA+ to validate data migrations. https://github.com/Shopify/ghostferry
This is slightly off topic. Netflix has transformed the output of netstat to have more immediate visibility. Its good to have something like this.

I'm sure you must be speaking from a country where everyone is employed. The ground reality is how businesses like these create tons of indirect employment feeding their hunger. This is often overseen as we can't imagine in someone else's shoes.
