OP here, thanks for trying out. I've added a tuning slider at the front-page so yo can go set the pace, going a bit conservative like those human folks or go wild :)

Yes, its creator needs help (in feedback). Would be great if you share some chat text (and its reply)

Hi, thanks for trying out. OpenAI just limit the whole prompt to 4096 token (that's around 2,000 words), so I have to limit each answer. I tried hacking by adding summarization for the first part of the convo, then chat along as normal, but the result wasn't that great. Will tweak more.

Yes, I get location from the IP. Normally students would want offline up-skill courses around their areas.

OP here, thanks for your feedback. In your case it seems to be too aggressive. When it's aggressive, it tries to come to conclusion what courses/blogs/tutes you should learn/follow.

I set temperature like a bell curve with peak temperature (randomness) at question 10th. Maybe I'll tune it down a bit, get it in the mood first.

"Excited to launch CareerGPT.ai on Hacker news today! We're on a mission to help people ..yada...yada"No, that's ChatGPT's writing, not mine :)Folks, I was a PhD student once, in a non-home country, and just wished to know what was it like to go and work in the industry, being a programmer, or started a company. Torn apart between choices, I just wished there was a totally unbiased counselor to...

On Linux VM, if a program is given root privilege and it just execute whatever command ChatGPT spit out, then you'll got hell a problem solver/havoc wreaker.

I doubt point 1), pls enlighten me. When a commercial bank receive interest from bonds from a central bank, it can then take out the proportion of 'real money' it put in before. Say, I'm BofA, I put in 10b as compulsory lock (my laymen term), I use some other money to buy bonds and receive interest, say, 200m. Then if that 200m goes to my reserve, I'd have 10.2b, which is 200m above the compulsory lock, then I can take that 200m out and use for business. Money doesn't have the label 'old money, can use' vs 'newly-printed money, can't use', does it?

Minor edit: adding missing 'take' (in 'take that')

Do you have an on-topic answer?

Ask HN: How to check if a central bank is printing money

Is there anyway I can check if the central bank of my country is printing money out of thin air? is there a world-bank or IMF records or something similar where I can track? The country is not a Western-style democracy, so information may be not so transparent (Currently they just announced some COVID relief packages, but I don't know where the money come from).
