Unfortunately; this is the only true answer. After a lot of trial and error; a good long AOC cable is what I settled with in the end.
I would recommend having a look at "The Art of Code" youtube channel. There is some interesting material there.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvDo9LvfoVE is a good first watch.

Re:How Curry Became a Japanese Naval Tradition on Friday October 26, 2018 @03:24AM (#18307397)
But even in Malayalam, curry/kari could also be used as an umbrella term for any accompaniments with rice, dry and wet. 'Chorum kariyum' - in this context curry is accepted as all the stuff that you eat with a regular rice meal (including the dry 'thoran'), atleast in where I'm from.
Re:Google debuts Tez, a mobile payments app for India on Monday September 18, 2017 @04:18AM (#15274179)
Being an app developer here; the reality can't be further than this. From our figures atleast 30% of our base use it in their vernacular. English is only a good start; if you really need to penetrate the masses - localization is a must.

Trivia: It's also the longest English word without a vowel.
Re:Show HN: Bt – BitTorrent library in Java 8 on Thursday August 03, 2017 @04:25AM (#14917888)
In the older syntax, something like this:

  client.startAsync(new Consumer<TorrentSessionState> {
	void accept(TorrentSessionState state) {
		if (state.getPiecesRemaining() == 0) {
			client.stop();
		}
	}
  }, 1000).join();
Me too. Chrome 59 on a Mac.
Re:Flightradar24 ADS-B Receivers On-board a Surface Ocean Robot on Wednesday September 07, 2016 @06:43AM (#12442183)
A lot of enthusiasts are a big part of that I guess. I've been a paying user for quite some time now and I primarily use it as a few minutes of distraction every day.
Re:AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) Region on Tuesday June 28, 2016 @08:43AM (#11993269)
We are definitely migrating. We were forced not to use AWS so far due to regulatory issues with data needing to reside in India. Long awaited!
Re:AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) Region on Tuesday June 28, 2016 @08:40AM (#11993244)
The commercial/business sense of the term Asia-Pacific almost always include India; so the dissonance argument isn't really valid.
Yesterday, didn't happen for me in the new Mumbai T2 domestic terminal.
Yes, I have found this to be very practical, but unfortunately they don't do this at all airports.
In India, we have an app called Chillr which eliminates a lot of these inconveniences and numbers. And transfers are instant and account to account.

It already does. I can see a few Hindi titles already.
10 years for Indians too in general.
Re:My adventures in medical tourism on Tuesday December 15, 2015 @10:59PM (#10742282)
Yes the government is very involved. My mother worked as a nurse in the state government health service and from what I have personally seen; the quality of government care is good and very cheap (sometimes free). But its not just the government; there are a lot of private institutions too in the state that provide quality healthcare.
Re:My adventures in medical tourism on Tuesday December 15, 2015 @12:52AM (#10736175)
My home state of Kerala has one of the best health care systems in India.

Infant mortality in Kerala is 6.7 (6.2 in US), life expectancy at birth is 76 (78.7 in US).

Per-capita income in Kerala is $2,271 ($53,000 in US)

So yes, you can provide good healthcare even with not a lot of money floating around.

You haven't been to India I suppose. But more seriously I agree. Having self-driving cars negotiating road traffic in places where the traffic rules are 'blurry' and rarely (if ever) followed to the dot; is going to be a big challenge.
Re:Why Are Carrots Orange? It Is Political (2009) on Sunday March 15, 2015 @11:52PM (#9209728)
Hmm, a bit surprised! I haven't seen a lot of purple carrots in India, atleast in my part of the country (Kerala). Default carrots for me is still orange. I came to know of the existence of purple carrots only very recently.
Even I can. GitHub and Gists are all accessible from where I am.
Re:Indian E-Commerce Firm Flipkart Raises Eye-Popping $1B on Tuesday July 29, 2014 @11:55PM (#8106285)
You would also need to put into consideration cost of living. $650 would go a long way in India.
