I have a built a new mental health EMR, I am trying to set up 2 way communication with lab companies like quest and labcorp.I have been struggling with their corporate communication maze for the last 2 weeks and finally was told that our current volume of 1500 labs order s a month is too low.Does anyone have a contact at Quest or labcorp? Or some other solution ?

After trying slack we decided to use rocket chat.

It is a very good piece of open source software.
