Words likely to become extinct first: Squeeze, Guts, Stick, and Bad
My plan is better dealer support. Direct line to my cell phone.
Forgot about weebly, I've been on the site before but didn't think about it because I associated it amateur sites. Can you paste your own html?
I usually just check weekly. Progress is not always a straight line upwards. Add Google analytics to see how many people visited the keyword in question. This is probably most effective.

I've been building some websites lately for small local businesses that want an internet presence. For simplicity, I have the clients register the domain and pay for the hosting themselves. Where should I direct them to buy the hosting? Thanks all.

A smart startup would have low licensing fees to make it affordable. Maybe a few cents per box. Once one big company uses the idea to get new customers, chances are others will have to follow at the expense of not being a "green" company.
I like the simplicity. Good job. Keep up the good work.
With adblock and ad sales down the paid model seems more palatable.
I'm working on the motorcycle equivalent at MotoListr.com.
Check your layout in FireFox... it's not happy. Good design though.
Required for a mortgage, government protected, and 93%+ of the premium for profit/overhead. Wow.
18 hour workdays for some engineers? Seems like it'd be hard to keep morale up.
Of course, but it's a huge improvement over my competitors. I think JUST targeting the Niche will help too. Plus I can be free for as long as is necessary to reach the "tipping point." It's the chicken and egg problem in the beginning. I agree just being simple will not be enough in and of itself.

Did you try Scriptlance.com, HireACoder.com, or any of those type of sites?
I know there are some cheap people on there, but those that use that kind of site often know not to hire the least expensive.
Do you have any ideas of your own?
Take this time to create your own startup. I have a ton of ideas that are self-sustaining if you're interested.
I also added "y" to the accepted answers for "Are you human?"
It is easy to crack, but it does protect from the automated spambots. A captcha just seems to detract from the user experience, I think.
Thanks for your help.

I'm going to target the Niche, and spend the income from the site on advertising to get it popular. Dealers are be able to list at a discount by buying bulk listings at a reduced price per listing.
The reason I can charge is because:
1. Ebay charges $30 for a motorcycle listing
2. CycleTrader (closest competitor) charges $25+
3. My website is simpler, with NO ADS just pure content.
4. When the $9 the customer pays for a listing... they're going to get much more than $9 in benefits. I'm going to create value any way possible. Free listings that are ad supported also depend on pageviews and exposure... which means that if the site is too successful... it will undermine itself because the bikes will sell and content will disappear too quickly.

Hello All,My startup is called MotoListr @ http://motolistr.comThe website is a motorcycle classified site that's incredibly simple. The first page you come to is the actual searching application. The default is to show ALL motorcycles.I started the site because I got fed up with competing sites with more advertisements than content, and broken and non-intuitive search/sort functions. This is my...
These places seem like they're more targeted toward producing physical products. I'd focus on digital. Still think it's a viable idea for sure.
Is there any place to publish and sell your own eBook online? I've had this idea but the PDF creator seems like it'd be difficult to code. The iTunes App Store type business model seems ideal for this.
I paid $14.99 for a GoDaddy certificate and I was up and going within a few minutes. The certificate creation process was pretty simple. You have to search "SSL Certificate" in Google to get the reduced price, otherwise they charge about $10 more.
You need to believe in your own product, otherwise trying to sell it will just make you feel guilty. So post a link i'd like to help review it.
Usually I'll finish an App, continue testing with FF, then cross my fingers and load in IE. Then I fix the carnage over several hours/days and test then revert back to Firefox to make sure nothing has broken. All the other browsers usually just take a couple hours of tweaks to cater to.
I wish Microsoft would force an IE7 update.
You seem very "Ostentatious."
