Serious question - will this do much? Seems like in the case of a win, the companies will give token amounts (9MM from Pixar for example) and the claimants (given there are 64000) will get a tiny little check.

Am I missing something? Is this worth pursuing for a prospective claimant?

Is DDos simply becoming a racketeering operation?

DDOS is becoming more and more commonplace. (DDOS to meetup.com? why?).Basically, paying for protection from cloudflare or akamai is simply now part of the business.Is this the future? Are there no technical solutions that will stop DDos? It's only going to get worse from here.
