Ask HN: Is it always difficult to find co-founders?
Does everyone here feel it's super difficult to find the right co-founders at the right time? I attended top universities, worked at FAANG, have strong networks, but still find it super difficult to find a co-founder at the right time, with the right culture fit and with the right interests on the startup I'm working on.Any hacks would be really appreciated!
Ask HN: Starting up with part-time co-founder?
Would you consider starting up with part-time co-founder who still works full-time at another company and will only join when we close our first sale? B2B space, early-stage and pre-launch, so lots of work required till then. They can spend around 8-10 hours per week on the venture. What they bring is industry knowledge, but not irreplaceable. They have no financial obligation (to support family)...
Ask HN: How common is co-founder break-up at pre-launch startup?
Working on an early stage start-up now and everything that can go wrong, seem to go wrong. One co-founder recently bailed, another (part-time) co-founder isn't willing to go all-in. I've been blaming myself for this, particularly my judgment of who to work with. How common is this? Would love to hear some thoughts and hopefully, encouragement!

For example, Hack Reactor. Was thinking the purpose is to get basic understanding of programming and being able to speak the same language as the technical folks. Thoughts?
