I run operations for a US limo booking service and built the software it runs on. I started there in 2018 selling bookings, ran operations from 2019 and have been director since 2020. In that time we went from one US market to eight, I hired and trained teams of up to eleven, and bookings went from about 80 a month to over 200.
When the tools we bought weren't enough, I built the replacement: a self-hosted contact centre, the metrics pipeline the vendor never shipped, browser automation against a supplier portal with no API, and an operations platform covering quote to dispatch. I also built our AI voice agents. They now answer the phone in two markets, quote from live rates and real availability, place a card hold and prepare the booking for human review before the charge is captured.
I design the architecture and constraints, use coding agents for much of the implementation, and answer for how it runs. Separately, I built and sell modalruns.com, and I lead a Lean 4 project that machine-checks a small trained transformer against its specification.
Looking for: a role where I build and own AI systems used by real customers, as an engineer, forward-deployed, or running AI operations. Native Spanish, fluent English.
If an agent needs something that doesn't exist, it becomes a new job. Dependent jobs wait for it.

I run operations for a US limo booking service and built the software it runs on, including the voice AI that answers the company phone: quotes off live rate logic, checks real availability, books. Eight years carrying the revenue number and building the stack under it: a self-hosted contact-centre replacement, a metrics pipeline the vendor never shipped, browser automation against a portal with no API, now agents in production. Separately built and monetized modalruns.com.
Looking for: AI/agents engineering or technical-operator roles. I was the customer before I was the vendor. I build systems for businesses I understand from the inside.
