With all these new gTLDs everywhere, I am wondering what would happened if I bought a domain and the operator of the gTLD behind it went out of business. Will the entire gTLD and all the second-level domains registered under it disappear? If this is what is going to happened, then I guess these new gTLDs are not reliable for any serious project. I am interested in reading your opinion about this.

Tell HN: Moniker increased the price of .tc domains from $28 to $140

I've a couple of '.tc' domains bought through Moniker. Up until very recently the price for '.tc' domains were only $28. They increased the price of this domains from $28 to $140 without sending any notice. The domain was configured for auto-renewing, and I just got charged for $140.I've nothing but bad experiences with Moniker for the last three years. One of my domains didn't get renewed and...

Even though these two share the same Arabic noun: 'kafala', they actually refers to two totally different things. One refers to the migrant laborers monitoring system, while the other refers to the Islamic view of child adoption. Don't mix them up. The 'kafala' system has no relation (or share roots) with the meaning of 'kafala' in Islam. It's nothing but a name of the legislation of migrant laborers.

Thanks for your reply, but that's exactley what I don't want to do. I know about psql and I know how to write SQL statements, but what I'm looking for is a text-based interface that let me perform tasks (similar to what you can do with phpmyadmin) without writing SQL statements.

I know that SQL is an option, but I'm looking for an easier text-based interface for PostgreSQL. Something that's similar to what 'tig' is to 'git'. Does any one know something like this?

Deadlines. I want to be able to take courses and complete them whenever I have time.

Almost all Coursera's coursers have weekly deadlines. If you got busy for a couple of weeks during the course time you will fall behind. And the chances that you would get busy are quite high given that some of the courses last for more than three months.
