Interesting. Claude Opus 4.8 and Gemini 3.1 Lite kind of got it right, but when I ask the model directly, they say they don't know. I'm curious how the tool is doing the correlation.
for google you are just a paying product
just realized google auth cloud sync was enabled in my device even though Ive never explicitly enabled…

so thanks for the advice!

Something can be dishonest without being illegal.
fun fact, last year I had a contractor come to my house. He was a very nice guy. After he was done we were talking and it turned out he was terry’s brother… He told me a lot of stories about him and his life, mental health and death. Pretty sad and interesting..
Re:Longevity of Recordable CDs, DVDs and Blu-Rays on Friday October 07, 2022 @01:59AM (#33117910)

Re:Brazilian vote counting (real time) on Monday October 03, 2022 @12:35AM (#33063513)
they seize random voting machines from polling sessions and input a known amount of votes for each candidate and match them with the ending totals. (just one kind of audit they do)
I also own a samsung smart tv and hate the ad in the source screen, but more infuriating is their tv app always reappearing in the source menu as the first option… I always delete it but after a while there it is again..

also, it’s very ironic that I got a samsung ad on this site…

Re:The problem with Bitcoin miners on Sunday May 15, 2022 @04:37PM (#31390874)
I think he meant that if the price of 1 bitcoin rise, the energy cost of mining 1 bitcoin should also rise in proportion

this is a huge factor that influences almost every other decision he listed there: - living with roommates or renting a cheap apartment - not wanting to buy an apartment - having the time to do side hustles - even changing career paths is challenging when you have a family to take care of - saving the majority of his annual compensation

I don’t want to say his advices are bad, just keep in mind that it’s not applicable to everyone

no, it probably won't cause a massive pump... For every seller there's a buyer.. who would be in the other side of the trade if tether is deemed worthless?

A more probable scenario is that trading pairs against USDT will just get halted.

Re:The metaverse is bullshit on Saturday October 30, 2021 @01:46AM (#29046294)
suprised that no one is talking about neosvr[1], even though I don't use it I definitely can see the appeal.

They have metaverse in their name. Their avatar system is beyond phenomenal and they keep adding new things [2].

Re:Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro on Tuesday October 19, 2021 @09:29PM (#28925785)
used to love pixel phones, my first smartphone was a google nexus and had one until pixe 2.

Then one day I needed Google support for hardware… It was terrible. Just to contact them was multiile multi hour wait calls until I could get it RMAd and had to stay a week without a phone… then I switched to iphone and guess what, it has the same apps… except I know if something happens with my phone I can just take it to a apple store and have it checked right away

I hate that there is no easy way to block or report a bad ad on google… don’t like that 30 minute ad in a 5 minutes video? too bad… don’t like that adult content ad on the middle of your daughter video? too bad.. not that you can use a different platform anyway
