I am curious to learn more about those issues, anyone have shared their experience publicly? would love to read
Look at the Supermicro, their expected revenue is ~70B for FY2027 (was 39B in FY2026), and they are valued at 20B, and they even have some profits.
200-300B might be plausible depending on how market perceives the company
I think people who can hack, also know where they can sell it
then server side vulnerabilities should not be reported, instead sell the data, more profitable
good point, i will remove it
I am sharing this for awareness, some people might be thinking when they see "retry" it is probably not costing them anything, because issue is on Claude side

I am using Claude design, and a lot of times it's agent is failing mid-task, with connection errors (not sure is this connection between me and agent, or between agent in Claude infra and relevant LLM model)When these errors happen:1. My limits have been consumed already2. There is no resume button, there is only retry, which starts again3. Even retry fails, then consumes my tokens.I had some...
They can take same cut from what AI agent is building and selling, as long as there are buyers.
I still don't get it
> Steam can only exist if indie developers feel confident they can publish there.
Why though?
Imagine, there will be an AI agent, which will produce new game everyday and Steam users will like it and keep buying. Steam can only exist if customers keep buying and are not annoyed by games.
that background is so annoying to my eyes when scrolling the content, would be great if author can fix it
do you think, if there was real oppression people could even vote democratically and change their government?
I think you don't know what is oppression then.
(not downplaying how bad Vucic had been to Serbia, but the fact that people replaced him without violence and democratically means something still was in place)
It feels like JetBrains is dying, and they're trying very hard to survive.
I liked their products. Also, personally I am not seeing next level devexp yet, other than just using my agents for everything
For some reason I read it as, "Claude Diet", and thought Claude is trying to block us from time to time
Or now, Anthropic will distill the knowledge from this engine and optimize their inference.
which model is SOTA for vibe coding a whole app? I always use models+agents in guided setup
the moment there is a model which can code whole app, we can fairly say software engineering is done.
what are the guardrails?
if there are many of them (e.g. unit tests), who generates those guardrails and who verifies their correctness?
if they are a few, then how can they cover vast product capability surface?
Your initial submission title sounded as if Yandex DC was used as a bot attack and because they were down, bot traffic in the whole internet was substantially down.
You are right in terms of how fast competition created alternatives.
But, for OpenAI this is not a primary business, for open source models as well, so they will not be chasing the market and customers to buy their product and promise them to maintain it.
TypeSafe will do all this, they will try to understand your use cases and then solve your pain point, while others are providing raw material.
silence please, this is an antisemitic trope according to the genocide supporting Zionists: ADL
> we'll be quite busy in the meantime fixing all the bugs that AI finds.
Maybe that's the job of software engineering moving forward.
Client: Hey, we have got these 125 microservices created by our agents and for the last 25 days they got stuck and can't add any new feature without breaking things, can you take this?
Eng: Sure, lets sign a 24 month contract, my rate is 250$/hr
Client: Sounds good
First they were telling how GLM-5 distilled their model.
Now they're telling how 'bad' GLM-5.3 at 'censoring' security topics, because Anthropic wanted to sell it to select US companies for millions, but GLM-5.3 is taking their market.
What's next? GLM-5.4 can be used to kill humans, hence we should only allow Opus 5.7?
Unfortunately, millions of lives lost, another millions started hating US for what it did to their families.
I am curious what did the world gain from this?
> We would care about having fun.
For even more people fun is TikTok, Snap, Instagram -> sounds like a collapse of a civilization to me if you increase the ratio even more towards dancing kids sharing their content non-stop with no added value to the society
> much more than _writing_ code. It's about code reviews, QA, debugging, discovery, and maintenance;
Of course, but agents are also opening up new possibilities to do these jobs.
For example, you can do quick first code review with agent, or you can ask agent to add couple of print statements and debug the code until it figures out the issue, also for discovery, you can do discovery with agents and generate nice output with the details you want (although not accurate sometimes)
As a JetBrains user myself, whose organization cancelled the IntelliJ license recently, I can attest things I am doing inside IntelliJ is getting less and less. I am primarily using IntelliJ for code navigation at the moment, which is still the best one
I like JetBrains as a company, their pricing for individuals made a lot of sense, you buy the license and you can keep using perpetual license for that version, if you want to buy newer version, you pay slightly less than year before.
I want them to succeed, but can't see how they can win in this agentic world, where people are barely opening their IDEs, and living in agents terminal whole day and from time to time opening a PR to get a review
Remember they didn't do this because they wanted to help community, they did it because community was angry and they were losing users to other harnesses.
Doesn't look like Anthropic care about dev community
I wonder why Chinese AI labs are losers?
In the short term maybe yes, in the long term, maybe they are the winners, they can build on top of cheap inference stack and eventually win on pricing
