Well, they can’t kill someone who is dead so they have to save her. Duh.

Re:Vibecoding isn't as fun as writing code by hand on Friday August 21, 2026 @11:32AM (#49389671)
This is pretty much sums up what I think about the subject. Coding using llm’s allows me to think about the larger picture, the goal, and less about how to regurgitate the same code in a different shape. For side projects anyway.

I have what is ostensibly an incurable terminal cancer and i work, by my own choice, 40+ per week. I see no issue with making folks in similar positions show that they are in fact, too sick to work.

If an individual IS too sick to work it should be relatively simple to get the required documents to prove that fact. God know i had enough hospital social workers and doctors asking me if it wanted said documentation.

I remember listening to him in the early 90’s on WFSU public radio, a show called Software Hard Talk. I enjoyed his snarky wit. Listened to him repeatedly call one of the BOB characters barf the dog much to Melinda (French) Gates’ annoyance.

His one page gossip column in the back of PC Mag was pretty great too.

This news makes me kinda sad.

3.7 billion. Offered to pay it in monthly installments. Haven’t hears back

I have a pressure washer and a mower. I am happy to let her come to my house and use them on my house. I’ll even let her pick up my groceries!
Very cool. Thank you
