That is incorrect, and most likely illegal anywhere gambling is legalized.
The machines are random, with no enforcement on wins per time interval.

This is a paper describing an end-to-end verifiable self-enforcing electronic voting system called DRE-i (Direct Recording Electronic with Integrity).
In my opinion this is a superior solution to any other electronic voting system developed to date.

Does anyone here use phunction as their PHP framework of choice? Or at least have tried it and be willing to share their opinion?I just found phunction recently myself and I'm planning to use it in my future projects. I have no experience in any other frameworks, but I've read the documentation of some (mainly CodeIgniter and Laravel), and I'm still leaning towards Phunction being the simplest...
