Parasol | Software Engineers (Senior & Staff) | Full-time | SF & Remote (US)

Parasol helps enterprises build blockchain networks to support real-world, internet-scale use cases. We've partnered with large gaming IPs, entertainment agencies, retail and financial institutions to help their businesses become Web3-enabled.

If you are a senior engineer who loves infrastructure, distributed systems, cryptography or consensus mechanisms, this could be a very interesting and rewarding job for you.

Specifically we are hiring for 2 roles:

1. Blockchain enthusiasts with experience in Golang or Rust. Familiarity with CosmosSDK or Tendermint Core is ideal.

2. If you are a generalist backend engineer with senior experience that is looking to transition into the blockchain space, we would love to talk to you as well.

The company culture is empathetic, playful and high-execution impact. We aim to keep team small, tight knit and ultra high quality.

Our team is led by ex-Meta and Uber engineers, the top researchers at MIT/Harvard and serial founders who have had multiple exits and 1 IPO. This is an opportunity to be an early team member of a company that's well funded, has revenue and contributing to onboarding the next billion people onto Web3.

If you're interested feel free to email me directly kai [at] parasol [dot] xyz

Parasol | Frontend / UI/UX Engineer | SF, LA, Remote OK (US/CAN) | Visa-Sponsorship | Full-time

Parasol is a product studio on a mission to make web3 and blockchain technologies accessible to everyone. We've already partnered with some of the world’s largest entertainment companies (starting in Asia) to deliver the infrastructure that powers their digital economy and rabid fandom.

Our team is led by ex-Meta and Uber engineers, the top researchers at MIT/Harvard and serial founders who have scaled businesses from 0 to $50M ARR. This is an opportunity to be an early team member of a company that's well funded, has revenue, has customers, and is wildly bullish on web3's participation in the worlds future.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and coding intuitive components for our NFT wallet, and ultimately, serving as a design leader in the Web3 movement. We expect that you have experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript (React Native stack), and are familiar with related frameworks, libraries, and tooling. Attention to detail (pixel perfect) and a strong sense of ownership are essential.

Re:Location sharing app Moby launches Android version on Tuesday November 27, 2012 @01:31AM (#4835949)
We built this because we found Glympse's UX was cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Just like how Instagram stripped down features from other photo sharing apps and made a better experience, we iterated a design that was super easy to use especially for drivers who want to share their location quickly.

Moby is also more of an enterprise and API play. We enable developers to easily add real-time location aware features to their applications while we handle the plumbing. If you're interested, check out http://mo.by/developers

The android app is currently being developed. Stay tuned!
