Mine was a guy running next to us jumping over any shadows on the road. He'd stumble a bit and then be able to sprint to catch up.
Big fan of what you're doing Joao! Keep up the great work :)
What does a squelch switch do?
This was a great rabbit hole. Thanks for sharing.
I mean, who doesn't love requests?
Fun to see Meltano mentioned here :)
Does this have any connection to the previous "Supaglue" startup [0]? Similar problem space, slightly different/pre-llm solution.

Hey Dex! Congrats on the launch - excited to see the response here :)
We use Missive[0] and it's pretty good. It's definitely not as low price as Jelly though.

In the US system, I'd be in favor of just having the House of Representatives by done via a sortition process. I have a hard time imagining the Senate and President being done that way... but maybe it actually wouldn't be any worse than the status quo!
This got me as excited as the original Falcon 9 landing in 2016! Now I got to share this with my kids! So incredible...
Charles Petzold's book "Code" was the book that revealed the magic behind computers for me. While I don't fully understand everything that happens with a computer, there's a confidence that I could if I needed to. It made tough problems feel solvable in a way I hadn't felt in other disciplines.
The other open source option for this that I'm familiar with is Nango[0]. How are you different?
Also, a big challenge in this space is pricing. How are you thinking about tackling that?

We've used

Appreciate the reply! Thanks for the context.
I'm curious as to the story of how things like this come to be. It seems like there are already a ton of "open source python ETL" tools on the market. Was this a passion project by the author? Was this born out of academia? Was there a specific problem they were trying to solve that others didn't? It's not necessary to answer these questions in the docs but it is useful for folks who may be familiar with the other options out there.
I used to use Slate[0] to manage my windows but have since switched to Raycast since it was a more enjoyable experience.
I have a 49" ultrawide so it's super useful to have precise control over where a window goes. I also use 3 desktops (as Apple calls them) and have different windows sizes depending on what I'm doing. Having overlapping windows would just be super annoying now!

I'll ask another of the "how is this different" questions - how is this different from
https://evidence.dev/ ? Quary seems a little like dbt + Evidence from what I can see.
One use case that I'd be interested in for this is training it to use my voice a la Descript. It's been really nice that our Head of Marketing can iterate on video voiceovers using my voice and all I had to do was read 30 seconds of copy.
Any plans for something like that? It'd be really interesting to have prospects what with an AI version of me to answer some basic questions.
The first data warehouse at Gitlab was postgres! It worked quite well until we started pulling Snowplow event data.
I share some of the concerns of other commenters of having postgres do everything. Having a separation of concern around orchestration in particular seems wise. That said, getting something up and running using just pg makes sense and it's always possible to refractor.
