I'm sure I've seen it in the BIOS menus of either my 8th gen or 12th gen.
Raspberry Pi definitely comes with it, and a Pi 4 does 1080p x264 and x265.
$ errno 5
EIO 5 I/O error
$ errno ENOENT
ENOENT 2 No such file or directoryIf this is your concern, complain about the licence, not about people acting within rights granted by the licence.
Copyleft is the only good sort of licence. (oh boy am I gonna get downvoted for that)
Knowing this, you might find rootless Podman's fork-exec method of starting containers to be more sensible. I certainly do. No root, no daemon, no socket.
If you want to learn more about the Linux Kernel namespaces which work together to make a container, this LWN series is really good: https://lwn.net/Articles/531114/
Recent evaluation result.
I find QFN on xhigh usually overruns the context window for no good result. If it can do the task, it'll do it quicker on medium. If it can't do the task, xhigh won't change that.
But I understand that isn't very catchy.
If you do something naughty on the internet, there's a reasonable chance you won't get caught.
If you do something naughty on the radio, you will get a large fine if not prison time.
Kim Stanley Robinson's The Wild Shore is another repeat favourite.
Several basic things don't work, like hiding the sidebar.
With 3.2k open GitHub issues there's no point reporting anything.

So I buy GL.iNet routers, which come with OpenWrt pre-installed.
That's not the situation here. We aren't enabling the career progression of software which does matrix multiplications.
Accountability of us schmucks at the end of the org chart goes both ways. We get some reward when we do it right, and we improve when we do it wrong.
A reward might be something tangible or might be as small as your own personal satisfaction.
An improvement is hopefully identifying what went wrong and doing better next time, and in extreme cases your employer will let you try again at a different workplace.
The work is fun, but the best part was making new friends and working a craft to create mastery over time which could be then shared freely with others, empowering them as they make their own modifications. Feeling like you'd made a contribution and seeing the human fruits of that labour.
You can't build a community when one person with Codex does all the work and dumps it in a GitHub repo. That's not mastery or purpose or community, that's automation. Few people do this hobby so they can pump out git repos of games probably less than 1000 people care about anymore.
I'm not alone in this, the retro game translation community absolutely HATE machine translations. Translation patches made by LLMs are usually a separate category or not allowed at all, depending on site.
Claude tells me the BAR is outside the encrypted part of the card firmware so theoretically should be possible?
Implying I ever left Firefox in the first place.
