I built ProwlA to automate my job search. It's a job application tracker with 28 MCP tools so AI agents can help with the tedious parts.

Three modes: - Manual: Just a clean React/SQLite job tracker - MCP Assisted: Ask LLM to research companies, generate cover letters - Autonomous: Pair with OpenClaw for scheduled scans and background processing

The MCP server exposes tools for job CRUD, company research, materials generation, task queues with locking, event subscriptions, and token tracking.

Stack: React, Express, SQLite, MCP SDK

Would love feedback!

This script cleans up all the crap that AI adds to a vibe project (with your permission).

I wrote this about my recent journey with AI product building. I'm a product designer with 20 years experience, recently moved to AI full stack dev.

I built this using AI in 20 minutes. Pretty cool app that I for sure will be using!
Re:I built a SaaS app in less than 5 hours using AI on Sunday January 19, 2025 @05:41PM (#42762816)
This is about my experiment to take almost two decades of experience designing and building SaaS apps, to see if I can build a fully-featured app in less than 5 hours, using AI.
I've been working on this idea for a few years, and I finally launched a product that attempts to solve the problem of inefficient meetings. Your thoughts and feedback are really welcome, and you can be as brutally honest as you like.

Uniteable is a tool that easily integrates with Google Calendar and Asana. It takes your existing scheduled meetings, and allows you and your team to add notes in realtime, those notes can then become tasks which can be sent to Asana at the end of the meeting. Afterwards you'll have an archived meeting that you and your team can always access for reference.

It's a productivity app for helping people manage their time and resources. I don't want to post the link because I think there must be some basic principles that can be applied to a variety of B2B SaaS apps which would be helpful to a lot of people. What I'm really after is a leader who can build a strategy for us, someone who knows the space well and how SaaS works.

Ask HN: Great SaaS product, but REALLY struggling with Marketing. What do I do?

I'm hitting the same roadblock which I experienced in my last startup (which I sold after trying to grow it for three years).I have built a great product, which is validated as people pay a lot of money for it, and the company is profitable. However now we're starting to see signs of the dreaded plateau as the churn is kicking in, retention is low, conversion rate is low, and we're starting to...

Re:Product Hunt Increased Our Traction by 850% on Wednesday March 09, 2016 @03:41PM (#11255599)
We had around 40 users to start with. Yes the graph is a little mis-leading because I've left the sessions stuck on 0. Thanks for pointing it out.

Drum 'n' Bass – might be a UK thing.

I wrote a collection of posts on lessons I've learned from 8+ years in SaaS. Hope it helps.
Re:Slack Finally Adds Time Tracking Integration on Thursday February 11, 2016 @03:31PM (#11082971)
That might be how you read it. It wasn't my intention to mislead, but to make people aware of the fact that there's a new time tracking integration (the first actually) which I know lots of people would value.

Yep!

I guess it should read "adds time tracking integration".
Re:Slack Finally Adds Time Tracking Integration on Thursday February 11, 2016 @03:17PM (#11082863)
It's useful to be able to just track time directly from Slack, e.g "/start development", and I'm glad to finally have an app that does it.
I love Laravel 5. I built this in less than 6 weeks thanks to the amazing framework and its community. Wanted to build something simple to plan my week (allocate resources) but also track how I was spending my time in a week. Adding Slack integration next week.
