It’s only a loss if you’ve been invested for a short time. The market is up a ridiculous amount. It would need to drop close to 40% to be back around 2014 levels. You could still sell shares from 2010 that would be sold at a profit, if you’ve been investing for a decade

The fake’s username shows up in green is a sufficient flag. What more do you want? I like the unverified functionality
Wow, thanks for sharing this. I’m going to close my Instacart account now. I haven’t used it in a while but I don’t want my data sitting on a platform that doesn’t care about security
It’s not only medical data that’s of concern, but also nation states Could try to use the data to identify embedded foreign agents/spies implanted in their country. Those are the ones without diplomatic cover

From what I’ve seen, this has already been happening over the past decade already. I agree they’ll continue doing it for “new reasons”

> The Fed's stated goal is to create jobs, not destroy them.

That’s not true. Here’s the truth: https://www.federalreserve.gov/aboutthefed.htm

> This shouldn't be surprising to people. The NBA has a bigger fanbase in China than in the USA.

I disagree. The size of the fanbase is surprising, and so is the implication of this behaviour

I didn't understand this part. Why can't you just write the file and then either manually/automatically trigger an import of the text into the SQLiteDB?

> And the absence of serious, critical thought. Has trulia never heard of correlation vs causation?

They probably don’t teach that in data science boot camps
