Doesn't Microsoft own a lot of OpenAI? Did they sell?

I feel like the success of new cryptos is not dependent on technology, but on marketing. Otherwise everyone would be using Algorand.
To me "try and" is like a more confident version of "try to." For example, "I will try to win" vs "I'll try and win."

Can you please elaborate on how you're copying Svelte's docs into 4o?

I would have used VFX for this as I'm pretty sure it would have been more cost effective to achieve a similar result. Most people, like me, probably just assumed this was VFX anyway. But I'm glad Microsoft didn't though, as this is a fascinating story and case study.

It's not a waste of time if you're enjoying it.

You're right, most nonfiction books read like they are just adding fluff to justify a full book. I normally just their summaries on Littler Books or something.
Re:Why Do Everyone's Logo Fonts Look the Same?
on Sunday December 03, 2023 @10:48AM (#38507917)
To me, serif fonts convey a sense of the classic, and sans serif fonts convey moderness. So if the top people of a company says to designers "make the company more modern", it makes sense that one of the first things the designers will do is to change the serif logo to a sans serif one. It's not always a good decision though, some industries, like high fashion (as seen in the article) and literary (e.g. New Yorker, Littler Books) benefit from being "classy" and having a serif font.

Ah, so it's an airport simulator built inside Robolox. That's amazing.

What exactly is Roblox Ryanair? Is this just a parody website or an actualy entity in the game? If the latter, how does it work?

I'm not sure everyone who sees the graphic image might fully understand what's going on. They might just think there's something wrong with sqword, not the site that's stealing it, and repelling potential players as a result.

This is one of the most encouraging and helpful posts I've read on treating tinnitus. Thank you. Can I please ask more about your diet? Did you eliminate anything like salt, sugar, caffeine, etc., from your diet?

What was the steroid? What caused your tinnitus or did it appear for no apparent reason?

I tried Stadia and really wanted to like it but I cannot get over the input lag. I play a lot of FPS so it really matters. Even in this demo I feel my aim is way off because of the input lag. I also get motion sickness with this input lag.

Look at your contract and search for keywords like "remote", "(re)location", "mobility", and "flexibility" to see what it says about relocation.
Do you have a good relationship with your supervisor? Maybe this is something you can ask them.
But your safest bet is getting a lawyer to read over the contract, as others have suggested.
