"Just put airtags on all the trains"... obviously simplistic but I get your point.

Some pastors are psychopaths.
I've always rented a vehicle for those long-haul drives anyway. If you know you will be driving a lot, it's worth avoiding the depreciation on your daily driver.
Globe-trotting contractors are probably well-paid specialists. GP is probably not commenting on the German labor market.
Sometimes I need to sign in to a personal Github account on a work laptop, so I hope non-passkey flows keep working. I don't install my personal password manager on a work laptop.
Huh light pollution is one of my main complaints about the Netherlands. Your parents must live in the North?

Clearly you had the means... was it not possible to pay for private healthcare?

Do you need to export them? Can you not copy the library file to a different drive?

AI writes 900% of my code. Only some of it is worth merging ;)

I tried to use the built-in foundation models to draw pelicans riding bicycles, but what I got out was SVG of roadkill. That is realistic in a different sense.

fm respond 'draw an svg of a pelican riding a bicycle'

I think it would be nice to have a small monthly API allowance in the professional plan.

If you read the history of major scientific discoveries, this has been the case for a long time. There are many things that were independently discovered by different people at nearly the same time. Once people know something is solved or solvable, it gets a relentless amount of focus.

I like the way the alarms app lets you specify exactly which days of the week a repeating alarm applies to.

For me the same feature set is fine, it's just a different breakdown of time.

On weekdays I have configured 8 hours of work (that I might still subdivide later). On weekends I would like to replace that block with "Chores" and "Nap" :)

Re: on Thursday September 03, 2026 @06:12AM (#49548110)
Just bought it. Is there a day of week feature or "weekend mode" planned?
I made something similar to this directly in Wagtail over the summer. Unfortunately not published but very doable.

It's not just earthquakes, the area is literally sinking below sea level.

Back in college (USA) friends would spin up LLCs for the summer just to buy mowers or vans to do yard work. They would hire all the students who didn't get summer jobs. Those hired students would make about 3x a STEM intern makes in western europe today.

Moon phases as time keeping are as old as any of the others (ie prehistoric)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_phase

Does not line up perfectly with days, so different cultures handled that differently, but pretty much all cultures had something like a week.

Do they age in that direction?
