I bought lumina last september, still has not received it yet. only emails about delayed shipments
yep, it seems only us-east-1 is affected
Mediaconvert just stopped processing our queues two hours ago, in all our accounts. Anybody else is having it? It's green on the status board.

See the authors list. One of them, Zhengli-Li Shi, moved to Wuhan (of all places) and continued the research there after it was banned by US government.
Re:Ask HN: Resources to learn blockchain and smart contracts? on Wednesday October 04, 2017 @09:33AM (#15400307)
there is no marketing etc in this book. it is by far the best book on the topic. it covers only bitcoin, i.e. no etherium/smartcontracts etc, but it does that really well. and in fact all the other blockchains are more or less the same
all our products are using GWT and they are super awesome, on the bleeding edge of technology! check it out: https://www.animatron.com

all this GWT bashing is from hipsterish kids who don't know anything else besides latest javascript frameworks.

Re:Show HN: Z80 Compiler Visualization on Saturday April 29, 2017 @01:51PM (#14227749)
wow! this is awesome!

I especially like that you can pass compiler options, like -O3 and see the magic :)

I wish I had something like that back in the days when I was optimizing crap out of my code

https://www.animatron.com - online, vector based, exports to video, svg, svg+smil, js+dom (html5), gif

disclaimer: I work there

Re:Animated SVG vs. GIF on Wednesday November 25, 2015 @08:26AM (#10627030)
as far as I know there is only one authoring tool which can export to animated svg (svg+smil) - Animatron [0]

Re:Animated SVG vs. GIF on Wednesday November 25, 2015 @08:21AM (#10627010)
main reason is very hard to do something manually and at the same time virtually no authoring tools

everything else is just a consequence of those

Re:Safari Leaves Chrome and Firefox in the Dust on Wednesday March 11, 2015 @11:30AM (#9184570)
hmm, it seems to work just fine. why do you think it is not supported?
Re:Safari Leaves Chrome and Firefox in the Dust on Wednesday March 11, 2015 @10:51AM (#9184353)
I could not actually find any such differences when doing segmentation by geo location. So I don't think that's enough to explain it.
Re:Show HN: Polarr.co, a WebGL photo editor on Monday October 27, 2014 @04:12PM (#8517888)
i am interested in this as well.

the app is awesome btw!

thanks!
not yet, it's coming
thanks, fixing it.
until recently we had JS scripting support in the editor, i.e. you could write logic in JS and attach it to various UI elements etc. we disabled it about one month ago because of major JS API overhaul.

we will enable it back in about one month or so and you will be able to do that and many other things in a clip.

sorry about that

thanks for feedback!

we do show a message right after the registration saying that email has been sent and you need to click there to confirm.

either it was not shown for whatever reason or you did not notice it or something like that.

anyway, we will rethink the process, so that things like that won't happen. thanks again!

unfortunately firefox is really slow these days. try it in chrome or safari, it's night and day difference in speed
greensock is a JS library, you need to code animations, while Animatron is authoring tool, i.e. you create animations visually without coding.
thanks, it's been pointed to us today couple of times (thanks NH!), will be fixed asap
