Haha! The name actually comes from the word story in Bengali.

We have! Veo I believe, can't do more than 8-second videos, and when prompted they aren't very coherent in our experience.

One of the founders here! No it's not. The max video length is up to 2 min, which is also the case in any non-free tier. We just include a 15-second option for that tier (because people it need for things like FB ads)
Show HN: Production Quality AI True Crime Podcast Generator
Hello HN! My brother and I built Golpo, the first production-quality AI true crime podcast generator.Just tell Golpo what you want to listen to and it creates a real true crime podcast (usually > 30 min long) in minutes.Golpo does everything that a human podcastor would do. It first understands what you want to listen to, does highly detailed research on the case, creates a script and then...

My brother and I, both Stanford CS students, built an AI True Crime Podcast Generator. Give it a prompt, and in 1-2 minutes, it will generate a podcast based on that prompt—no matter how recent, how broad or specific, or where the event occurred.Check it out! For reference, this is a sample podcast I generated with Golpo with the prompt ("Bangladesh recent"): https://shorturl.at/eqr8O

Hey guys, my brother and I will create a podcast made just for you, and no one else, hyper-personalized to your specific interests:
Here is how it works: first, you fill out a quick form on our website (https://karpodcast.com/) where you tell us your interests and the accounts you like on social media. Then, each day, we will meticulously comb through news that is relevant to you based on your answers to the form and will send you a podcast episode every morning. Specifically on Friday IST/Thursday EST, we will send you a Spotify & YouTube link with your podcast playlist link and this will be where you can find your podcast every day.
We would love for you guys to sign up! Let us know if you have any questions by commenting in the thread and we will get back to you ASAP.
