Maybe finally someone can take a look at the timing issues. This was a shitshow for a long time. Haha! At one point i think the tempo drifted between individual stems in an export?
Hopefully someone fixes the arpeggiator too. They made some implementation decisions that really messed it up for chiptune style stuff. (Retriggering the envelope on every arp step, not allowing for arbitrary chords(!))
wow, thanks! i was JUST thinking about booting up some old VM so that i could play with word art again. yay =^.^=
strange end for a strange person.
and time and time again, in the original article, we are shown that when people are reporting to their doctor for withdrawal effects, they get a higher dose prescribed to cover it.
looks cool but i wouldve like a clearer delineation of what's data and what's eye candy.
i uploaded a 2mb log from a local repo and i guess it was the wrong choice. an early subfolder to root had like 9000 files in one commit. everything else kind of got drenched in the noise from that
because the rate of improvement is fairly stalled?
Do diffusion models let me specify how long i want the answer beforehand? That seems like it could be useful.
STEAM seems fun to read about but the point of this article is an alternative instagram app. Just remove your account bro
>You might just need something more concrete to hold your attention rather than fictitious characters in imaginary scenarios.
For me this is the opposite! Those imaginary scenarios are often designed with a certain pull in mind. Dramatic tension and all that. Reading non-fiction about fringe mushroom foraging is super interesting, but when i eventually put the book down for the day, that lingering pull isn't there... who knows when i'll get back to it.
I did read a lot as a kid, "between sunrises" too as you so beautifully put it, then dropped off. When wanting to start again, much later, it took me a while to find what kind of books elicited that response. As an adult, turns out to be... romance? I would not have bet any money on that, lol.
I do read pretty slowly now, as in, reading some paragraphs multiple times, going back to double check things, looking up some words maybe. Still, as long as i never put the book down i make decent progress in a day...
that's the fear, but it would be reasonable to say that ads are what has gotten us to this point
>I tell them to try to find what part of the code doesn't work before generating the fix
this makes me kinda sad. they don't do this on their own? are they not even a little curious
pretty vapid. i mean the point is maybe interesting but this hardly discusses it.
from the title i thought it would be about math but it's more like, don't fall for implicit exaggerations or extreme timescales.
(and its on substack, and called --capital, and uses generated images for flavor)
agree. it also breaks the gesture to navigate back, for some reason. (macos thing)
for my snri i lessened the dose by 25% and that alone cost me a week of work, i was so fucked over. when i quit this i will for sure do the thing where you open the capsules and remove a little of the contents, gradually removing more each day.
i read online about people doing this and thought they were nutjobs. well, now i know.
both my social phobia and my fear of dark almost vanished on venlafaxine. i take walks in the dark these days, what the fuck.
Found it much interesting that i could mess up a pattern enough that it couldn't re-form.
Would be fun if selecting a new pattern didn't refresh the image as it is. Although maybe that's a requirement?
before writing to some area, it would erase it (clearing with white) up to 9 times
emojis in everything was a thing developers did long before the llms picked it up
Horrible website design. One of the worst ones ive seen in a while
This guy is a rockstar to me. Taking action. Going against the current and getting blasted for it. Fuck the establishment...
i think firefox shows the "open image in new tab" for backgrounds also, now. at least sometimes. still easily defeated by putting an invisible div above it so no right clicks reach it... or do some js bullshit to disable right clicks...
i remember setting a html with a flash file and it did track the cursor accurately for some fun effects. couldn't keep it like that due to resource use but yeah, it was fun!
icons and text would get single-color backdrops though. no transparency back to the html
frieren spotted!
also, nice typography.
agree with your points, but damn, resolve has some strange UI patterns / key combos etc compared to other software i've used.
maybe if you're a video editor coming from years within the field, the metaphors make sense? for me, having mostly done audio stuff, it was a bit of a journey.
i dont think an onboarding thing would be the solution, though
Wiki for phenacetin says it's mechanism of action is being metabolized into paracetamol. IDK about your "nowhere as effective".
It was withdrawn for sometimes being metabolized into another, toxic and carcenogenic, molecule.
i have no practice with lambda calculus, and no reason too, but i love esoteric diagram types and ill-advised metaphors. i'm gonna learn this shit
