Forget the guns, they don't even have internet access. How can they coordinate without internet? Source: NetBlocks
Bevel makes disposable safety razors for travel. Yes disposable double edged safety razors. They are quite nice nice. It's a plastic handle with standard double edged blade in there but it's non removable.
I was looking into thumb-key. What differences are there? I noticed the same layout is available
"long for nor fear the next day" can be interpreted as to fulfill your responsibilities so that you don't fear the next day.
It's more plausible to me that the movie was a product of its times rather than the cause of the trend. Maybe there was more interest in wine during that time, and more discussion about the different types. It would explain why a movie centered around wine was developed and became a box office success.
It seems like a logistical problem and lack of public restrooms. There is no easy solution. Let's say you are driving in an urban area, where can you go? Maybe there's traffic too. Where are you going to park? Or you are in a rural area and the next gas station is miles away. Your options are clearly limited.
Two issues with this methodology. First as he states there is a difference between talent and IQ, this does not seem to tease out the difference.
You can imagine someone with alot of experience but slower thinking speed doing just as well as someone with less experience and faster thinking speed.
Second this is also relative to the problem being asked. With the tic tac toe one, you can also think about someone who maybe has been on leetcode alot and has no actual work experience and is generally slow, to be fast on this particular problem since they happen to have studied that before or have exposure to it.
You can also imagine the opposite someone who is really fast at thinking and has experience, but they haven't looked at binary trees in 10 years so they may be slow thinking about a particular subject.
You should care about memory safety in any language. The point is to reduce bugs and have more maintainable code, that doesn't introduce memory errors when something is changed. Or when making something concurrent.
Now of course if you use a garbage collected language, then you aren't in control of memory, so it's less of an issue. But if you are using C++ for high performance applications such as gaming, then you are in control of it and need memory safety.
Producing food makes more sense. Certain types of food is very cheap. Housing and real estate though, it seems is much more expensive and difficult to provide.
It's possible someone got excessive burping a month let's say after they recovered from covid. How do we know those events are related? In a month all kinds of medical problems could happen in a sample size of 90,000 or w/e the amount was, that could be completely unrelated.
Enough people are addicted to coffee so much so that even if they are anxious while drinking it they continue to do so.
This reminds me of my gym membership. They said I had to come in person to cancel it instead of by phone. So I cancelled my credit card naively thinking that my gym membership would be cancelled. After a few months I get letters and calls from a collection agency demanding the monthly payments and an additional late fee of $100
It looks like he played the game one week before the experiment, during it, and after three days of recovery and did not find a significant difference

Regarding the smoking, there's reports and studies of smokers doing better than the general population. Whether the smoke makes their lungs more resilient to the virus or something else is up for debate
I was teaching a hands on workshop (meetup) on how to use the Twitter API a few months ago, and the hardest part for everybody was getting those API keys, clicking through several pages, checking boxes, having it emailed to you.
Then it turned out Twitter refused half of the attendees the API key.. (maybe they thought it was spam coming from the same wifi, same time).
So then I just gave out my API key to the rest of the class, and in a few minutes it was blocked..
For a service that has a history of empowering users to protest and to spread news in crisis situations, it's a shame their API is so locked down.

It seems like the most critical time to shelter in place is one or two weeks before the date predicted, considering the lag time between peak number of infections and peak medical resources used.
I've been working on this which is confirmed cases per state population
https://us-covid19-per-capita.netIt might make more sense if it tracked deaths per state population instead of confirmed cases b/c of the different testing rates.
I've tried OpenShot, Kdenlive, and Shotcut (not to be confused with OpenShot), and I have to say Shotcut is my favorite.

My name is Kevin Nasto, I graduated with a computer engineer degree from University of Michigan. I have 5 years of professional experience with Python. One of the those years doing more data science related work. I've also taken Andrew Ng's deep learning specialization. Besides Python and machine learning, I'm also interested in low level systems, science and medicine.
I also loaded the data in Prometheus, and it told me I had BRCA2 (with the highest magnitude on the chart on the site) which is an snp related to cancer. I was upset over this but get this, a month later they sent me email saying it was a bug and a bunch of users were flagged with it by error!
