Re:CXMT Pioneers Mass-Production of LPDDR6 on Sunday September 13, 2026 @10:25PM (#49691148)
Yes that is for the best. Countries like India and China are moving away from fossil fuels faster than previous developed countries did. Still not enough but surely something.

Or maybe a century.
It reduce your appetite.
Math seems wrong "The team found that the loop design would convert 75% of the gas entering the system into useful resources, producing carbon nanotubes and hydrogen in a 3:1 mass ratio. In other words, for every 4 kilograms of methane the system successfully converts into useful resources, it makes 3 kilograms of nanotubes and 1 kilogram of hydrogen."
Re:YouTube is now full of crap AI slop on Tuesday September 30, 2025 @12:12PM (#45427347)
Not op but, whenever I search for some term that maybe have more watchtime, you will see AI generated content. For example try searching for "li ion battery".
Still what she did was fraud. From the article - "Still, the judge criticized the bank, saying “they have a lot to blame themselves” for after failing to do adequate due diligence. He quickly added, though, that he was “punishing her conduct and not JPMorgan’s stupidity.” "

He defrauded investers out of $120M.
Thank you. This is one of those things that annoyed me so much sometimes I would just leave the site.
Better send some high school teacher.

Can someone explain how did climate issue became a political issue in USA? It seems rest of world does not have this problem( but it's becoming a problem for rest of the world who follows US politics.)

So how accurate are the results?
Re:Is Green hydrogen the "gas of the future"? (2023) on Thursday March 27, 2025 @01:18AM (#43490578)
Maybe with excess solar, to some extent.

These works well for some svg that are simple and already in training data but doesn't work for harder svgs, even simple one if they are out of distribution of training data.

In simon's example whole purpose is to make it draw something that it has not seen before but can easily infer from geometry, spatial arrangement. I think it makes a fun problem.

Re:Ask HN: Best way to learn STM32 and embedded for beginner on Saturday March 15, 2025 @11:44AM (#43373234)

This is good book to start learning. Don't worry too much about using HAL. You can dig deeper by implementing HAL functions yourself. The thing is if you are making a product, using a HAL is generally a good solution. Also keep datasheet of specific microcontroller nearby.

Man, why is it so hard to believe that inovations can happen outside of USA. I am not saying china is not after some code/algorithms. But still, maybe people there are also working hard on these problems.
Re:Differentiable Logic Cellular Automata on Friday March 07, 2025 @09:38AM (#43290517)
That's what I think it is about, reverse engineering basic rules from the end pattern.
Re:Differentiable Logic Cellular Automata on Friday March 07, 2025 @05:05AM (#43288848)
So is it about learning discrete logic to solve a problem rather than have whole modern CPU with all its abstraction to solve the given problem?
Re:Differentiable Logic Cellular Automata on Friday March 07, 2025 @01:42AM (#43287806)
Can anybody point out what's special about this?

Re:Intel, Synopsys, TSMC All Unveil Record Memory Densities on Thursday February 27, 2025 @12:03AM (#43191521)
Can't we just use HBM like memory that acts as cache but put it on top of l3 cache like AMD is doing with it's 3d cache. That will help with latency.
Can they even liquidate all this money,if not is it still $1.5B?

It's scary to think that people are willingly making there driving experience worse. They are already paying premium for these cars.
