Re:Ask HN: What macOS email client do you use? on Monday March 20, 2017 @12:34PM (#13915515)
I've been using Airmail for about 2 years now and I like the markdown mode.

But right now, I'm testing both Polymail and Nylas because they both have these specific features that Airmail lacks (and that are deal-breakers for me):

- inbuilt open tracking - templates / canned responses - rich contacts (like Rapportive)

I much prefer a desktop client than the native web interface for email.

Ask HN: What do you listen to focus when you're working

What do you listen to when you're working that keeps you super-focused?For me, I have a few different goto sources - white noise tracks (noisli), video game soundtracks, and movie scores (esp Hans Zimmer) that I listen to on repeat. Sometimes I listen to a single deep house track over and over, and I can't stop writing.I'd love your perspective.I'm researching for an article I'm writing on flow...
