There are some suggestions here https://www.privacyguides.org/en/tools/
What happens is that people flag content instead.

I agree with this. Do you see this happening in our society today? Do you even see an effort for doing this?

Though if pangram should be trusted, there are still statistical artifacts that tells you that a text LLM generated. I don't find that to be implausible.

When you built this you probably were aware of lit. How does Elena differ from lit?
Re:Ask HN: How to get in touch with Paddle (MoR) on Friday July 24, 2026 @04:39PM (#49041304)
No pro account needed (as far as I know). I've made connections without that.
Re:Ask HN: How to get in touch with Paddle (MoR) on Friday July 24, 2026 @03:46PM (#49040759)
Even if your linkedin network doesn't get you there, it's still possible to connect to people at paddle. https://www.linkedin.com/company/paddle/people/

Have you tried that? When connecting it's possible to leave a short note. There are a few with a support title, some account managers, and there's always the CEO themselves.

not open source.

I also want better outcomes for people around the world.

Memes like the permanent underclass and the massive incentive of replacing workers across the world does not bode well for a better outcome for people across the world.

For whom is the question you should ask.

In what way do you think they are partial here?
Re:What will be left for us to work on? on Tuesday July 14, 2026 @05:21AM (#48904102)
Agree on this. Since we have this wonderful system called capitalism there are tendencies for, relatively speaking, a few human beings hoard / control most of the productive capacity and as such wealth.

Some may consider local LLMs to help with that as the power of LLMs would be more distributed. I think local LLMs would help marginally. Companies as an entity would still be better positioned to use these to their advantage vis a vis individuals.

So projecting into the future I still wonder if it won't become more challenging for individuals to make a living on average.

Generally agree here. The other question / issue here. Would a consumption tax actually bring in an equal amount of revenue?

My intuition says no.

Heard good things of Empire of AI By Karen Hao
The problem with consumption tax is that it's regressive. Poor(er) people are hit harder with such a tax.

Not sure if I should upvote because true, or down vote so that fewer terrorists see it.
Re:Ask HN: Burned Tokens scented candle ideas on Friday July 10, 2026 @10:41AM (#48860676)
I think this is the answer.
Re:Ask HN: Burned Tokens scented candle ideas on Friday July 10, 2026 @10:39AM (#48860648)
This is the way. Though I would say what does burnt GPU smell like? That's the smell of burnt tokens.
Interesting approach, though that readme really needs a rewrite by a human...
