Hi HN :)

I posted my idea a few days ago here - and it got roasted like crazy. You see I am trying to help early-stage companies grow their business using social media listening.

My original idea was a bot that would automatically reply to relevant conversations on social media. But many ppl here raised concerns about it being unethical.

So we made changes - making reply just one click away.

I think this will be a very cool and cost-effective way to get the word around without steep marketing costs.

If you are interested in the product, I would appreciate it if you joined the wait list and further shared the link with relevant parties.

Early joiners will get a 30-day free trial. Thanks

Are you trying to grow your business? As any founder knows - advertising often comes with steep costs.

That's why I'm excited to share a project I'm working on: https://name-drop.ai

It's designed to amplify your presence organically by intelligently finding the most relevant conversations for you on all social media platforms, and help you reply with just one click - so that you get the word out.

It actually does more than that - it also gathers intelligence for you on what to improve and a bunch more cool stuff.

I've been doing this process manually for years - and it always gets the job done. Now with our automated solution, you can get the word out easily and authentically with 1% of the time spent. And the best part? $49/mo and $99/mo plans will be available.

For those of you interested, leave your email on the waiting list - and you will get a month free to try it out :) --------------- I will say that I listed a previous idea that I had that the AI will automatically write the responses - but thanks to feedback I got from HN - I decided to help business owners to reply, but not do automatically do this for them - so I hope this approach is more ethical.

Thanks

Thank you guys for the comments - I will probably archive this project, since you had such a bad reaction. Appreciate the feedback
I could really use help with validating that this is a good idea. I have 200 sign ups, but I will appreciate it if you could share the link with startups struggling to grow and/or micro-SaaS products.

The tool works by naturally name-dropping your brand in the right conversations using keywords, or alternative keywords - and it does this across Twitter (X), Reddit, and other platforms soon.

Will appreciate general feedback also if you have any. Thanks :)

Want to grow? Introducing the AI that intelligently name drops your product or service in the Twitter, Reddit, Linkedin, in the most relevant conversations - to get you the best leads.
I am the founder of Maple CMS - it was designed to help you create and have up and running within a few minutes a NextJS website tied to a Headless CMS to help the non-coders on your team to edit content without having to rely on coders all the time. This is great for blog posts, policies, e-commerce products, travel destinations and pretty much everything on your website Enjoy
Re:Drag and Drop to Build Next.js Pages on Friday January 26, 2024 @03:20PM (#39147668)
Hi everyone, I am Shimon. I am new to hacker news. I wanted to share with you guys that my company has just released a beta version of our very cool new feature - drag and drop that will help you build Next.JS pages.

Why do we think it's a cool project? Because now non-developers can do drag and drop work that will become a nextJS app (and vice versa).

It's gonna be great for education also for people starting out with coding who want to learn how to code.

It does have a waitlist - because the mechanism there requires us to spin some new machines for every user. If anybody is interested to join the waiting list - checkout https://www.maplecms.ai/lp/nextjs-builder/

And also tell your friends. We are a fairly new startup, we can user the exposure. Thanks :)
