Looks very promising but Telcos and social networking giants might have something to say about users being able to connect and share among themselves bypassing their hubs

you want the internet to be widespread? Promote things like long-range wifi and mesh networks.

Great idea! I would suggest adding an option to read the highlighted text so as to make sure you can get the plugin to work even when it can't detect the portion of the page where the article is.

how about a phone ring? http://beta.veriring.com/
Re:Turn your phone into a key to open the Web on Sunday August 25, 2013 @04:29PM (#6273574)
This is my last side project. It is a lightweight and easy to integrate phone verification system.

As I am based in Italy, I need some beta testers from United States and United Kingdom to start using the system so that I can fine-tune it before release.

Re:Mega to run ‘cutting-edge’ encrypted email on Sunday August 11, 2013 @08:03PM (#6196947)
If PGP is the solution then a first step could be to agree on a standard markup inside the email so that we could point the email client to the public PGP for automatic unencryption.
Re:Goodbye Google Analytics. Hello Piwik on Tuesday July 23, 2013 @05:45AM (#6089059)
I have implemented Piwik widgets in my latest project for tracking visitors to personal pages. When you visit this page http://reminderof.me/ruggero I see the insight on my dasbhboard.

IMHO Piwik is a valid open-source alternative to Google Analytics and will erode its application marketplace.

When it says "within five minutes all known" does it mean that the ISP translates the IP address with the name of the person who signed the contract with the Provider?
