It’s an example of potential use by bad actors.
Yes.
I again am just shocked the sky is not falling, when thats the sales pitch.
Please see other responses, I would expect to feel the effects not just read about.
I think this fails a lot of logical tests, it should be apparent in day to day life.
The cost would be between 100k-250k, to run approx 88 agents leveraging the best open source models available.
I'm just saying, where this is actually applicable we are not seeing it being demonstrated. You would presume the entire energy infrastructure of Europe would be under constant AI hacking barrage, criminal enterprise would be breaking into poorly secured financial institutions and r/r4r posts would be littered Ai con-artists.
I'm just wondering, again, is this mostly bullshit?
Is the Kremlin technologically useless? How are we not seeing insane attacks on Ukraine via Agents?
Or is this largely a fabrication, in regards to the "who", in an attempt to garner more acclaim in the hope of sustaining funding.
Chomsky was always amazing for this.

Say they(OpenAi Etc)don’t find a way to reduce the cost of running these LLMs. Will we shift towards slower/worse LLMs running locally? Or maybe enterprise ones only used by large corporations for specific tasks? Will the era of using these to generate code end? Is the assume that the inference problem will be solved?
public investment to what end? that's what's not common sense at all. what form is the public investment? are we trying to create new industries? put everyone on social welfare?
i think the shift will be from craftmens to trademens in regards to general software engineers, but these are type of writes up stem of a artisan style all to its own.
You can't expect consistently accurate reporting on Ireland, I certainly wouldn't expect it from the BBC Eamonn growing up during the tail end of the Troubles. ;)
those startups are really searching for meaning
It's almost definitely the Bidens administration perceived failings to deal with inflation.
Some stuff really makes you lose faith in humanity.

should run across Mac/linux/windows.What tech are you using guys?
I mean is the goal to be fair or to reduce congestion?
Yeah, LLMs both in popular understanding and potential "rocket-stock" application, seem crazy over hyped.
Best case it generates something somewhat accurate, which progressively decreases in probability of being accurate over time.

In CS it’s obvious how to contribute to the field, arguably this is due to the requirements being relatively low. How does one progress in mathematics or physics to the point of contributing?Khan academy->Freshman text books-> post grad text books->???

git is just a dag once you get that you're golden
I'm considering doing a masters in AI/Medical Research, and wanted to boot strap myself. I've been doing the stats 110 and fast ai courses, it had me thinking, could you lay out a general set of courses and books which themselves could equate to a "masters by coursework".

Nope not twitter.Say you wanted a masters in Statistics, what books or courses online could you do that would cover most of the content? Can you answer this for any field you've been in? Cellular biology? Organic Chemistry? Physics?Ideally books/courses recommendations. Thanks in advance.
