I think the way to do it is to notify her estate and let them pursue it or not. But I'm really just here to say how I'm happy to pay her estate and publishers and everyone else should too.

As another comment points out, Le Guin herself does not call this a translation, so we shouldn't misrepresent it (although it might be my favorite English version).
However, it's not in the public domain. Her work deserves all the attention it can get, but I'd rather not see it pirated wholesale.

I think their point is this would help solve the principal agent problem so consumers can shop for service.

Not at all. I'd say the motivation for talking things through lies on a spectrum between brainstorming and bitching, and people have a need for both, just be aware of which one you're doing. A complaint can be stoic.

I'm curious about what's fueling your hatred of C++. In my experience it depends heavily on how it's being used. Modern C++ used competently can get you really far, but I don't know how easy it is to find an environment like that these days, considering the amount of garbage code you can find written in it.

Don't be so sure. Einstein, in spite of all his achievements, was human. He made mistakes and misunderstood some things. Overall he understood physics more deeply that any of his time, but from his point of view maybe it came so naturally that he never felt he had totally "earned" his recognition. That said, he was known for humility, but that doesn't mean it was disingenuous.
Isn't that the point of "impostor syndrome"? No matter where you stand, your measurement of your ability is subjective to whatever standards you personally hold, which may be different from an objective assessment? And maybe there is no true objectivity? Maybe it's all... relative?

The only thing to discourage it would be the better sense of the people in the community. Presumably there are better ways to stop Starbucks than throwing bricks. You have to convince enough people that the place needs to be shut down, then go in and confiscate the coffee beans.

Squats and deadlifts (and similar compound exercises) are best for building back and core strength. Stretches, especially yoga, can help expand tight chest muscles.
Swimming is good for building endurance and working the whole body.
