Re:Why German companies fail at digital innovation on Friday March 23, 2018 @05:25AM (#16656337)
I think German companies are a lot more conservative when it comes to taking risk. That also goes for customers. Customers look at long evaluation periods before adopting a technology. This causes most tech companies to over engineer a solution before bringing it to market.

You can try out https://zenkit.com. Zenkit might fit more to your needs. More data views and way more flexible than Asana.

Re:How to manage a team: 10 tips for success on Tuesday January 09, 2018 @03:57AM (#16104618)
The "assemble the right team" part is pretty crucial here I´d say. Without a well fitting team there´s not much to manage. I´ve had some bad experiences with that in the past. If the team members have problems amongst themselves, it is very hard to get stuff done in the first place.

Re:A Beginner´s Guide to Getting Things Done on Monday November 13, 2017 @07:46AM (#15686067)
What a great article! I wanted to read the book for a long time but never had enough time. The article really seems to summarize it and makes it understandable. Well done! I´ve also stumbled upon this one on the same blog. It explains the implementation with Zenkit. I guess it would be worth a try. https://blog.zenkit.com/how-to-set-up-gtd-in-zenkit-902fa696...
