After months of using Tinder I can no longer log in and receive this message every time:"Server error: There are issues connecting to Tinder. Please try again later."Apparently this is now affecting thousands of users and Tinder customer service has no idea how to resolve the issue. I've tried absolutely everything, it's definitely a problem at either Tinder or Facebook.Hopefully someone on HN...

Funny you say that, these startups actually wanted me to be referred to as a cofounder even though I wasn't. They actually leveraged that title to make me sacrifice salary and work much harder than I should have (i.e. many all-nighters). When I found out funding was running out and I was only being paid enough to cover rent I had to leave.

When they stop paying you. Seriously, don't waste your time hoping for the best.

*Worked for two startups that couldn't make payroll. CEOs promised money was around the corner so I kept working. The money never came.

The don't actually delete your posts, they mark them as deleted. If the government requests your data they get to see everything, even those posts you decided to delete.

There are contracts but no money. There's nothing to retrieve.. yet. So I'm stuck waiting for them to make money or raise.

As a freelancer I've had many small clients delay payments, it's part and parcel. However, over the past few years I've been involved with a few startups and am now owed over $100K. Each startup led me on for far too long, and now it seems none have the ability to cover the costs owed. I'm stuck and at a massive loss.Just wondering if anyone out there has a similar story?
