The simplicity of the file format is compelling, but how are page boundaries determined when one memory spans multiple topics?
Should related new info update an existing page or crate a new one?

What online signal recalibrates simulated rankings against actual task success? Also do you have a plan to support semantic caching at the router level?

Im curious whether the $10,000 figure includes unstated migration costs, since the raw embedding API cost under the earlier assumptions comes to $10.

S3 Vectors is great in terms of cost. But it provides around 500ms median query latency for 1M vectors, unlike other vector stores. And it does not support keyword search and sparse vectors. So I think it is better to choose which vector store to use based on your requirements.
