Maybe you can create a lambda function and connect to it through api gateway. You can get one million calls free each month.
The idea behind Dark Puzzle was to experiment with a user interface that focuses on voice instead of graphics and visuals, so I thought that a memory game is a good fit.

Also, one of the main design goals was to make it as much accessible as possible for vision and hearing impaired players and offer them a similar experience as all other players.

So I'd like to hear your thoughts about the game, how to improve it, and how much you think it achieves either of its goals.

Are there any online tutorials or courses that guide us step by step to create a non trivial fun project that uses Shannon Theory? For example a program that simulates encoding a message on one end and decoding it on the other end.

I am curious to know what major innovations in search engines happened since the page rank algorithm, or were there only incremental improvements?

Also is search considered a solved problem?

Thanks for the reference. Even the github issues are fun to read. In particular this one is relevant here: PiFS installs large volumes of objectionable content and copyright violations (https://github.com/philipl/pifs/issues/2)

pi, e, √2 are thought to be normal [0], which would make them Disjunctive sequences [1]. This means that every finite string appears as a substring in them, including for example all Shakespeare works, and the ADN of every person [2].

In particular they contain this illegal prime number, and the gzipped and non-gzipped versions of this program in every programming language possible.

Does that mean that they may become illegal someday if they are proven to be normal?

That may be interesting if there were a practical way to pay back customers in the app stores. At least more users will finish the game, which in itself is very satisfying after all the work I put in it :)

Ask HN: Which pricing model would you recommend for a Puzzle Game?

Hello, I am making a mobile puzzle game where players use a very simple programming language to solve levels. The target audience is people who like challenging puzzles even if they are not programmers.I am thinking of two options for the pricing model. 1. Paid app (something like $2.99) 2. Free app with a single iAP to unblock the advanced levels ($2.99 too). There will be a lot of free...

Make it worth it for the client to install your app on his computer. For example, make it launch fast, work offline and if it makes sense, integrate it with the notification bar.
Re:Show HN: Python exercises, all from someone self-taught on Saturday January 06, 2018 @07:55PM (#16088410)
I recommend listing the exercices in the README file either by difficulty level or by subject (math, algorithm, io, ...)

How do you explain the boom of the scientist/inventor/businessman profile in that period? Are there any references on the subject?
