Have you seen the Buenavista proxy server? It imitates Postges over DuckdDB.
I use it in production for dbt queries, including inserts and updates.
Ask HN: Look for a user friendly pivot table tool
Hi, I'm looking for a pivot table tool that is as easy to use as Excel Pivot tables and generates SQL queries by itself, hiding them from the user. I have already checked: 1) Tableau has a weird UX for Pivot tables 2) Metabase is better, but also not as good as Excel 3) Power BI is too complicated and requires Microsoft Workspace (?). We use Google Workspace. 4) Apache SuperSet - haven't tested...

I processed a lot of open data from Stackoverflow, Instagram, H&M, and others. I'm interested in how users return to make their actions: to write posts, to make a purchase, to answer a question.
This data can be valuable for startups to develop their business models as repeat users are the core of any business.
