This is a prime example of the positive aspects of capitalism. Meta has its own interests, of course, but as a side effect, this greatly benefits consumers.

But you can't have the cake and eat it too. We can't expect every company to maintain native apps for every platform and a website on top of that; not relying on 3rd party packages and instead to write everything themselves. Maintaining all that, they're bound to f-up at some point and expose vulnerabilities.

I get the entertainment aspect, but come on, don't fool yourself. You won't be more productive with this thing than with your MacBook or any other Laptop.

Can Italians circumvent this by manually setting Cloudflare as their DNS-Resolver (1.1.1.1)? The article mentions Cloudflare assisted them, but here in Germany they don't have to cooperate (https://blog.cloudflare.com/latest-copyright-decision-in-ger...). Is the situation different in Italy?

But it's not ideal. You make it harder for yourself if you want to focus on muscle mass. It's harder to be in a calorie surplus, the energy you consume gets used to restore what you lost with the cardio and you simply have less time for recovery if you want to keep the same training volume in your weight training.

The caloric restriction and the low body fat percentage resulting from it is not maintainable without the use of steroids. The body doesn't produce enough testosterone, which, among other things, means you'll feel tired all the time, have no motivation and no sex drive. But if I recall correctly, he's transparent about his steroid use.
