Thanks!

What do you think of my meeting scheduling tool?

Hi there! My name is Ricky and I spent the last month or so building Schedulr, a tool that makes it easy for people to schedule meetings with you.You sign in with Google (and eventually I’ll add support for outlook and iCloud) and Schedulr analyzes your calendar and finds free times that you’re available. You can direct anyone to your personalized calendar link and they can choose a time and...

Hi!

I’m Ricky and I’m building Schedulr as a way to automate scheduling meetings. Schedulr looks at your calendars and finds free time. You get a personalized link which you can send to others to schedule meetings with you. It’s currently in open beta!

Show HN: Wishlist – Collect and organize user feedback

As founders, we know how important it is to talk to our customers in order to avoid wasting time building features that no one wants. It can be difficult to know what to work on next, and how many resources to devote to a particular product or feature. That's why I've decided to build https://getwishlist.io, a (currently free in beta) user feedback tool that will help founders like ourselves not...

Don’t mean to get off topic, but if you don’t mind me asking, what are you using to build your product roadmaps and have users request/vote on features? Because I’m currently building a SaaS that helps users manage and organize user feedback, and trying to get an idea of how founders solve this problem currently. Thanks!
Get out and talk to people. Who are your target users? Where do they hang out online?

When you answer these questions, go out and find them and talk to them. Don’t talk about your product, talk about their specific problem and how you can provide value when solving that problem. Be as specific as possible, and ask specific questions.

The goal is to understand your potential users’ needs, not to sell them a service. The service comes later.

I’m currently building a user feedback tool for SaaS companies. I do it because I need freedom. Freedom from working from someone else, from having an employer decide my fate. I need to create, to achieve.

What is the future of remote work?

With Covid-19 forcing employers to implement WFH for their businesses, how does this change the landscape of remote work? Does this change how teams collaborate going forward? Does everything go back to normal after the pandemic subsides?

Re:Show HN: Getparked.io – Domain Bsckordering on Wednesday March 04, 2020 @07:35AM (#22483174)
Thanks for the feedback! Yup, I’m familiar with park.io. I haven’t added auction functionality yet, but that’s definitely in the backlog.

Show HN: Getparked.io – Domain Bsckordering

Hi all! I had a little bit of time on my hands so I decided to put together https://www.GetParked.io, a domain backordering service. It allows you to search for a domain name, and backorder it if it's currently registered by someone else. GetParked will then try to acquire the domain for you when it expires. It costs nothing, except for if it actually is able to secure the domain for you, and...

You should check out https://makerpad.co. Ben provides a wealth of knowledge on building Saas with no code.
Somewhere between 30-60 hours per week on my startup, on top of my regular 9-5. I'm a solo founder/dev so working on the site takes up a lot of my time.
