A capture the flag challenge (CTF) is a common cybersecurity challenge in which you are tasked to hack/reverse engineer/pwn a system or something else which falls into the category of abusing a system for different gains. There are different sites online for you to get into hacking and CTFs are just one category.
Re:iCloud+ Hide My Email addresses will remain on icloud.com on Tuesday August 25, 2026 @01:21AM (#49429395)
True, but it requires setting up a mailbox at bigdomain.com for every use case. With your own domain you can just setup a catchall mainbox like [email protected] and don’t even need to remember any [email protected] name. Just use github@ and it will be automatically be catched by your catchall.
I am very curious about your other favorites it does but have.
Re:(Recommendation Systems and Search) × LLMs on Sunday March 23, 2025 @04:33AM (#43451581)
This is exactly what I am hoping to get sometimes (but I would say, 1 week is maybe a little long).

If I go through my current tasks and see, that for some task I need a set of documents, emails, .., why cant I just prompt the system to get it in 30-ish minutes. But as someone already stated Apple Intelligence is supposed to fill this gap.

Re:Show HN: I built a tool to detect scams on Saturday March 08, 2025 @02:50PM (#43302938)
This is exactly what I thought.

Another domain, but the same result [1]. Better detectors just yield better fake.
