Check pocket. (http://getpocket.com/) It has definitely helped me with the overwhelming feeling from the number of tabs open in the browser.

Doesn't really help with writing down ideas, though.

Hey. Can't get it working. Still get a 500 error on every request. Followed all instructions on the README. Checked for the presence of averaged_perceptron_tagger and punkt, too.
