Speaking of, here's a study showing a reduction (sort of) in autoimmunity in such persons following a course of TRT:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1905740/

(2020)

Submitted once before, but not discussed at the time.

It more or less complies with Betteridge's law of headlines, but since publication, the article was amended:

> Editor’s Note: The original version of this article failed to disclose that some of the quoted critics of orthodontics have financial ties to alternative, direct-to-consumer therapies. While the criticisms raised by these experts pre-date these financial ties by decades, and Undark’s reporting — both prior to and after publication — supports the story’s premise that there is disagreement within the discipline over many of the purported medical benefits of traditional orthodontics, these relationships should have been acknowledged in the original article. They have now been added, along with a response from the individual experts involved.

Taking compounded tirzepatide ($6000/yr for 15 mg/wk) and lost ~120 lbs. Ironically, sugar tastes a lot stronger, and food generally tastes better, but I don't want as much. Haven't seen any other changes or improvements.

Huh, nitializing the submodule with GH requires key-based auth. Learned a lot just setting it up locally.

Stretching the metaphor, but your jellybeans were in a group to start with, so halving it makes sense.

Changing the sign is harder, but let's say your group of jellybeans was actually a loan, and you borrowed from two people... beans / -2

Cool, how should she get started?

I'm looking for a similar change - if you don't mind my asking, are they still hiring?

I honestly don't know what to say about someone who can't recognize their own intestinal blockage. Perhaps ask patients to keep a BM journal and flag anomolies?

Is there any risk of that? Probably the biggest challenge vaccination faces is uptake, there's no shortage of funding.

Re:FDA Proposes to Ban Food Additive, brominated vegetable oil on Tuesday November 07, 2023 @05:07PM (#38183651)
I'm failing to find any study linking BVO to thyroid impairment in humans - obviously we're not going to dose people, but even a low-quality food journal correlation would be nice. So far all I can find is animals and BeWo. I'm nonetheless OK with seeing it discouraged (banning feels weird next to the ATF), I was just hoping for better data.

If you can find some and share, thanks in advance!

I've been using compounded tirzepatide for some time now, and it has dramatically altered not only how much food I buy, but what kind; in some cases, I'll spend a lot more per unit since I know I'm buying a lot less.

The secondary effects for medical device makers (fewer gastric sleeves sold, more artificial hips and knees) sound promising for everyone's health!

This study was measuring the effectiveness of trained suppression - not distraction or letting go, but specifically not imagining the event. I found it surprising, but at the same time avoidance might just have weakened the mental strength for doing exactly that.
Any particular problems? Just linking to their policy is a bit confusing. You might consider submitting this as a question and linking to their policy in your summary.

> However, if I know anything about high performing teams, it’s that you need to have mutual trust (which breeds psychological safety), and a shared model of what success looks like (metrics anyone?). Without these you’re going to struggle to produce results office or no office.

Hear, hear.

Note that these points are interdependent: Staff must trust management will collaborate and iterate on metrics, and management must trust employees will not game the metrics. If those things are true, then success measured against those metrics (that flows into business health and employee rewards) will reinforce mutual trust. The opposite is true, too.

'seem like' would swap well with 'appear to be', but frankly I'm not following your similies.
Yes, it's fine to do that; the videomaker just needs to disclose it.

Extraordinary claims, etc.

Of course, there is extraordinary evidence for this one.

The joke practically writes itself, though I suppose ChatGPT could take the last bit of work out of it.
