Show HN: Driving Android app via LLM. Looking for feedback

Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OT1k7o89ed4I was curious if I could drive an app via LLM. I think this is interesting and has some potential use cases to close the agent loop. Please share your thoughts that come to mind!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OT1k7o89ed4This is a raw demo after I finished building it. I'm mostly interested in hearing from you if there are use cases that this...

Can you elaborate, not sure i fully understand what you are thinking. But I want to :)
I'm focusing on the annual assessment appeal. So this you need to do every year. For me this year, for the first time, they kept the assessed value low.

Zillow and others don't use the right way to look at comparable homes in the assessors and assessment appeals board view.

I could auto appeal each year for you. Right now I'm just trying to get as many people to appeal before the deadline of Dec 1st for the remaining counties. But if you enter your address and email, then I'd run it next year and inform you.

It was for something personal... so I'm just having my bill for breakfast
this case was a little bit of a one off. Created a convertible note for a piece of land that doesn't exist yet.
thanks for the tip with two AI models. I've done that in writing coding specs. I already gave it a lot of detail about who it is. will give this a try.

Do you have an exit criteria that you can define for when the models stop picking on the other models solutions?

Ask HN: Whats your best workflows to draft legal agreements without lawyers?

I just got an insane bill from a lawyer for drafting an agreement. I was wondering if some of you have a great workflow for drafting legal agreements with AI that are good enough to have a lawyer just review it? My background is CS, so it's hard judge myself and I feel ChatGPT doesn't give enough details.

Ask HN: How do you keep track of newsletters you care for?

Hi, How do you keep track of newsletters your care for? I'm a Instapaper user since ~10 years. I still haven't found an app where I get an email address that I can use to send all my newsletters I subscribed to, and then have them as a personal magazine instead of all over my inbox. Thats how I think about it, curious what you do.

i just wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to reply. This has been way better input than I thought it would turn out.
I was hoping that someone has experience in storing data with FileCoin. But I think it's just to early still to bet an existing business on it.
Thanks for laying this out. Never rented rack space my self
See updated question. Thanks for asking
Thank you!
The is amazing. Thank you. I’ve been looking at Backblaze storage pods that seem to be designed for that use case. Never rented rack space.

Do you remember somehow the math on how much cheaper it was or how you thought about upfront cost vs ongoing. Just order of magnitude would be great.

Thanks for the pointer. Never thought about this as an option. Great stuff!!!
We are.
I’ve looked at them. Would love to talk to you about your usage and experience with them.
Great question. I updated the original post. It’s user generated images and videos. We download those to the phones in the background.

We don’t touch the data at all.

If you can solve that for me without affecting revenue I have $1m in cash for you right there.

We are a photo/video storage service.

Good point. I updated the post with some more infos
