It would also help to just have a short booklet which lists down even 20 things which are well established to improve your nutrition like:- Don't eat any form of refined sugar. Drink more water.

This thread is a lot of help - https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=3282998, however reasoning behind them is not super clear.

Ask HN: Which is the best book on nutrition?

I wanted to read a book on nutrition which is backed by extensive research and is easily readable by a common person so that he/she can make changes in his/her lifestyle (especially vegetarian). Thanks for the reply. It was really illuminating and when I think about it more, it makes all the more sense. The number of bugs, the number of times another person who is working on your code asks you something etc.

How to say that someone is a great programmer?

In case of sports, the parameters are well defined for someone to be considered the best which can be quantified more or less in the form of rankings. Thankyou.

Re:Product Hunt should be named Project Hunt on Thursday April 14, 2016 @02:21AM (#11494646)
'Product' for me is anything which is complete and can be used by other people whereas I consider 'project' to be unpolished version meant for my own use only. Going by that, product hunt name seems fine. It is not a start-up hunt and not every product is meant to be used by masses.
Re:Ask HN: Why do you blog? on Sunday March 06, 2016 @04:31AM (#11233062)
To have a place on the internet which you can call your own. Sure you can create a website, but blogging is a shortcut easy way out for me without any cost. It helps me clear my mind and lets me share my thoughts and information with others.
