You can remove the requirements for specific commands in settings.json, or run claude with the --dangerously-skip-permissions flag. It's dangerous tho.

I used to blank on "tell me about a time when..." questions until I started prepping STAR answers beforehand. I actually built a tool for this - it pulls achievements from your resume and generates practice questions
