that's real data from real users. most of the PDF files are just scanned copies or photos, with line items ranging from 10-50 per invoice. that takes a lot of time for data entry and it's boring.

yeah, so the app allows you to singup for free, explore the app, even create draft videos. and it only ask for subscription when you try to export the video. I think previewing drafts is enough to eprceive value of the app.
Here's the product I'm referring to: https://viralfeed.ai — all feedback welcome!

Ask HN: SaaS launch tomorrow – lifetime deal or subscription?

I ship tomorrow and I’m stuck on pricing. Totally understand the concern, privacy is critically important. But this is the age of cloud computing, and server-side processing enables more powerful tools. Files are sent to our servers for processing, but we don’t store or log anything, all files are auto-deleted immediately after processing.
most welcome. feel free to share feedback or request changes.
Looks exactly like SimpleAnalytics or Plausible. good job. does it connect with existing GA4 property?
ah that's right, I need to change that statement, thanks for flagging. The files are processed on server, securely and deleted after processing. No data stored.

Scaling can indeed become a consideration, especially with a large number of connections. In our case, we've optimized our backend to handle a substantial number of concurrent connections efficiently. Also, each game is limited to 64 players max, although we tested up to 100+ connections and didn't notice any performance issues. Each game runs in isolated containers.
