Great! I find I might be in the same situation in the future. How do you do parenting around the dinner table? Heck—how do you get dinner ready for 5?! If you can, would love to hear more! :)
Work on self-compassion.
If you have self-compassion, you will be kind towards yourself and keep working towards your goals.
Eventually—you will develop self-esteem.
Working on self-esteem now won't help you because esteem is achieved with results—which are a product of work over time. And importantly—the results you aspire to are always a moving target because that means you are growing.
Wishing you loads of luck here!

You actually can't turn off notifications for it.
I've done it—and on a day when you get something like the Mueller report or the Notre Dame fire—my phone will buzz. :/
Can you elaborate on these laws?

Art History. Gives you new eyes. Also...if you’re a boy—great place to meet girls. PG reccomend this and I followed and second his advice.
The best thing they could do for news is just go to a chronological timeline.
Cuts out a lot of the bullshit.
They don’t need to censor. They need to stop curating.
As someone who has the advantages described but was born in a third world country—I have a perspective that is hard to mesh with other people's opinion of my advantages. Fascinatingly—I've had my own set of difficulties that led to depression and suicidal thoughts. Many of them are family issues. The spectrum of possibilities for feeling fulfilled among humans is just fantastic. Not sure if I have good advice for dealing with the resentment—but the people who helped me get out of the depression were people who could show me that money didn't mean everything. Pretty much all of them came from a lot less. One of them was an orphan from the same third-world country. Who had her brother die in her 20's. And who died from cancer in her 30's. All the best in your journey! Reach out if you'd like. This is something I'd love to understand ever more deeply because I want to teach people to see me for who I am and finding that one thing that really means "Equality of Opportunity" if we can really achieve that.

Hey! My email is driving me crazy. On Mac—I have a beautiful inbox that just works. On iOS—I have a crazy inbox that dumps everything in my Inbox. Would love to apply my rules based framework at server-level. Oddly-Outlook, Gmail, among others don't have a "Apply rule to [Contact List]". Anyone know of a good server that can do this?
I think a big part of this is momentum. When the majority of people were excited about cars and saw them as newer and better than bicycles, you would get treated like shit. See most US cities. When the majority of people begins to understand that cars weren't the panacea they were expecting, then you might get more respectful behavior like that in the Netherlands. Here in the Dominican Republic being a pedestrian is "for the poor." Cars rush towards you—and you either get out of the way or join the roadkill. So what happens if you turn off the traffic lights? Depends whether people cared about them and safety to begin with.
I was part of this group! It was an absolutely amazing experience.
Highlights from the article from my point of view:
> “Honestly, have we abdicated our purpose just because of these insistent micro asks?” Mr. Wheal said. “Have we just completely ceded our center, completely ceded clarity, and it was all just based on 20-something bro-grammers trying to crack our attention spans?”
> She went on: “A lot more people are saying they’re spiritual but not religious — but what does that really mean? I would say sports and movement are the most oft way we access a spiritual experience and transcend our ego, but they’re the least discussed and least understood."
Lots of us want to talk about how to get into Flow for work. Let me know if you have any questions about this or anything else. Hopefully I can clarify!
In case you're wondering, I can say is that it was truly amazing. The Flow Genome Project is brilliant.

Amazing website! Thank you!
Fantastic article. Have the restaurant screw with the person for you so you can test their reaction. Thinking of other places where this might apply—maybe putting an extra 5 on one side of the bench press?
Great and simple idea. I actually LOVE her fiancé from our brief interaction. They had me over for dinner days after meeting and were super awesome. :)
Super helpful! Thank you. :)

Hi! I finally met someone I really like and think she can really do something important for the mission. She seems to engage with idea just as much as I do and can definitely both embody it and bring specialized knowledge to the execution. I am already working with her to execute something I can't technically do. (Not Code BTW)Nonetheless—I want to very thorough and make sure we get to know...
Physiotherapists are like programmers—there are good ones and there are bad ones. I've met better chiropractors than physiotherapists because they are actually passionate about solving the problem of pain. Because of this interest, the chiropractors become incredibly interested in the only real, long-term solution to back pain short of a broken bone: consistent, smart, exercise specific to the areas in which you experience pain along with a whole body prime. Their practice is the basis for spinal manipulation and a quick massage. The only real solution for you as a patient get off your back and exercise and find the smart people regardless of what it is they are trained in. Smartness beats education anyway.
What kind of furniture are you using? Standing desk, special ergonomic chair?
Success is on the path, not at the end of it. You are on the path my friend. Notice it, appreciate it, and enjoy the view. You have overcome depression. Soon enough you will become one who shares your best self with the world. I believe! :)

Hey guys!I have more cash than others on my founding team. I've already been putting more of it in than the rest of the team. What's the fair / standard way of handling this situation so that the team continues to congeal? I'm pretty confident that we have a smash hit on our hands. Is there a fair way of doing this long term and short term? Thanks!

You can name any you know! Thanks :)
Interesting excerpt that makes me support the move:
The 5-cent fee will be collected through the end of 2021.
Then the taxi subsidy will disappear and the 20 cents will
be split by localities and the state for five years.
The whole fee will go away at the end of 2026.
They know they're fucked. The question remains: will they be able to use this temporary subsidy so they can become more "sovereign individuals" in the future?
Often all I do is sit on my meditation cushion and count to 60 deep breaths. The guidelines of it often distracts me instead of getting into it. I recommend that tactic after a big, hot cup of tea in the morning. Being near trees helps.
Any literature / movies you would recommend for a deeper dive into that?
BTW, what do you mean by bboy?
Hey Patrick, I posted this on another thread, but try focusing on flexibility first. Strength will come later. You can pretty much always stretch and will start seeing feedback. If you get into a routine, you will feel MUCH better and more alive.
