I'm a founding engineer with 3 years of experience. I build and run the whole stack at my current startup. I'm looking for forward deployed, AI engineer, solutions, platform or SRE roles, and I can join immediately.

I built RemoveMacAI (https://github.com/omlahore/RemoveMacAI), a macOS app that turns off Apple Intelligence and removes its models. It hit #1 on Hacker News and passed 5,000 GitHub stars. The Verge, Ars Technica and The Register wrote about it.

I'm a member of Volcano, the CNCF batch system for AI and big data workloads on Kubernetes. I have 88 merged PRs across 34 open source projects. Usually I hit something broken, track down the cause, prove it with a test that fails on the old code, and send the fix.

Backend and platform developer, currently the first engineer at a small startup, where I build and run the whole stack.

Most of my recent work has been in open source, with 60 merged PRs across Volcano, zot, OneBusAway, Kyverno and Grafana. It's usually the same pattern: I hit something broken, track down the actual cause, prove it with a test that fails on the old code, and send the fix.

I also built RemoveMacAI (https://github.com/omlahore/RemoveMacAI), a small macOS tool that turns off Apple Intelligence and removes its models through Apple's own asset service, with SIP left on. It got 130+ stars in its first week.

I like working close to infrastructure and on tools other developers use. Open to backend, platform or full-stack roles.

Full-stack developer, currently founding engineer at a small startup where I build and run the whole thing, frontend through infrastructure.

Most of my recent work has been in open source, in cloud native tooling. I have a fix merged into Kyverno and backported to their 1.19 release, and open work in Headlamp, Infisical, Grafana and Phase. Most of it is the same pattern: I use the tool, hit something broken, track down the actual cause and send the fix. Recent ones include a Kubernetes quantity parser that mis-scaled lowercase unit suffixes and reported memory usage 350% too high, and a set of unchecked type assertions in Kyverno that panic the engine on malformed input.

I like working close to infrastructure and on tools other developers use. Open to full-stack, backend or platform roles.
